Looking for a way to entertain the kids during their holiday break? Now is a great time to have them enter the Global Response International Art Contest. We've extended the deadline to January 15th, 2005!

CALLING ALL ARTISTS

Help Global Response celebrate its 100th Campaign and enter our DRAW the Write Thing International Art Contest!  
Global Response (GR) has helped communities worldwide facing environmental crises by constructing very effective letter writing campaigns that have an astounding 41% Success Rate! This year GR organized its 100th Campaign and we want you to help us celebrate by sending in you your artwork!
ELIGIBILITY AND AGE CATEGORIES
  • Contest is open to anyone 18 years and younger.
  • Age Categories: Ages 5-8, 9-12, 13-15, 16-18
  • All entries must be postmarked by January 15, 2004
AWARDS
  • First, second, and third place winners are chosen for each category.
  • All winning artists will be featured in our 2005 Annual Report
  • A Grand Prize winner will be chosen from all combined age groups, and will get their design on the cover of our 2005 Annual Report and our T-Shirt
  • All participants receive a Certificate of Participation for their entries.
SUBJECT MATTER
The subject matter of your artwork MUST be about a Global Response campaign or combination of campaignd from past or present. Examples Include:
  • 2004 - Protecting Grey Whales
  • 2003 - Support Sarayacu People vs. oil Development in Ecuador
  • 2002 - Stop Gold Mine / Protect Wetlands & Migratory Birds in Australia.
