INKY'S LETTER WRITING TIPS
#1 The most important thing about writing a letter is that YOUR letter should be a creative expression of how YOU feel. However, there are ways to write a letter that not only help you express your feelings, but also help the reader better understand your point of view. I like to call these ways the ABC’s of Letter Writing. Below, you will find a format using the ABC's of letter writing.

#2 Another way to write a well composed letter is to read letters written by other people. We have many letters on many different issues written from people all over the world. We would love for you to read them, and decide which ones you'd like to model your letter after!

#3 After you've decided how you want to compose your letter, go to our current campaign page and find out all of the information you'll need to write a well infomed letter.

#4 Once you've written your letter, you can continue to support the people and animals Global Response helps by doing the following:

Write letters for every Global Response campaign.

Send a copy of your letter - or write a separate letter - to the editor of your local/regional newspaper.

Introduce Young Environmentalist's Actions to elementary schools/teachers, and Eco-Club Actions to high schools/teachers in your area.

Give a Global Response membership to a friend or relative.
Send copies of your letter to other organizations; ask them to announce our Action Alerts in their newsletters and meetings. Offer to lead letter-writing activities in your children's schools, churches and clubs.

Send Action Alerts and fliers to friends and relatives - urge them to join GR, too
